Here’s a kitchen update in progress. They’ve installed the granite counters & the rest of the renovation will come later.

I really love the green granite they chose, it’s very durable and really stands out color-wise. I can’t wait to see the finished version.

Here’s another in progress update photo. The new kitchen floor is beautiful! I love the striped zebra look & the wood is definitely a high quality. When they finish the kitchen renovation, I’m sure the new floor will make a huge impact.

Kitchen update: new ceiling fixtures

The can snake lighting really works in Lynda’s new kitchen, it brings in the colors from the paint and appliances and looks very interesting to boot. Don’t forget how important the lighting is when remodeling your kitchen. It’s all the finishing touches that really make it a cohesive whole.

They did all the work themselves, including the plumbing and electrical! I’m not sure I’d tackle that much on my own, although that’s awesome they could do it & save a ton of money. They even made their own cabinets, but personally I’d buy my kitchen cabinets online as it takes a lot of skill to design and craft them from scratch. The video’s a bit long but well worth watching, they did an amazing job all around.

I suppose it’s possible this is a fake installation to demonstrate problems, actually I really hope it’s fake!

This was my favorite before & after kitchen makeover shots. The tile work & GIANT stove are amazing. I’d love to cook looking at that all day long.
